Payments
Payment options are monthly, half-yearly (6 months) or yearly with discount modifiers available for longer-term commitments..
Invoices are raised for each billing period and posted to the billing address we have on record. Payments can be made via BACS (preferred), Cheque from a UK bank or Paypal.

Refunds
If you are unhappy with the service within the first 7 days, you can claim your money back excluding transfer fees (transfer fees are charged at the plan rate originally subscribed to on a per GB basis). Refunds are at management discretion.
